All the key equipments of each production process of all steel radial truck tyres were introduced from the experienced suppliers: rubber mixer , inner liner and duplex extruder from Germany, calendar from Italy, break and fabric cutting systems. 3 and 4 drum building machines from Netherlands, steel bead former system and ¡°0¡± degree breaker extrusion line from USA.
The annual capacity is three million sets with inner tube or tubeless including 12 specifications and thirty type sizes, any special requirement, if customers have, we can meet you.
To guarantee product quality, the X-ray inspection machine and uniform machine are purchased from Germany, all of tyre equipments and technology of the co***ny are in lead in China, and to extent to that advanced level in the world.
